Get ’em to the Greek diet

GreekDietIt’s arguably the healthiest diet in the world. The Mediterranean diet – which emphasizes fruit and vegetables, grains, nuts and olive oil – is recognized as the gold standard for promoting good health.

The diet helps guard against heart disease, certain cancers, obesity, diabetes, asthma, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s. And it’s been shown to increase life expectancy.
