CC1Courteney Cox has opened the doors of her new Malibu home to celebrate the completion of renovations on the 1950s property.

The Cougar Town star was forced to quit her previous residence on the Pacific Coast because it nestled at beach level and left her exposed to unwanted attention, she told Elle Decor.

There’s no chance of that with this cliff top property, which boasts guest cottages, a tennis house and court, screening room and a saltwater swimming pool.

Her previous home, which she shared with ex-husband David Arquette, 39 , was designed by the late modernist architect John Lautner, who is famed for his L.A. residences.

It was their family home, Courteney now lives alone with her seven-year-old daughter by Arquette, Coco in the new dream residence.

While genetics is the study of inherited genes, epigenetics looks at changes in the activity of genes. Epigenetics investigates how environmental agents – including the foods you eat – influence which genes are turned on or off.

Fat-Burning ZoneIt’s cold outside. And as the temperature dips, many New Yorkers head indoors to work out, trading the soupy city streets for a treadmill or stationary bike. And that’s where many of us encounter a puzzling (and often dated-looking) diagram pointing out the so-called “fat-burning zone.”

The reason it’s plastered all over the gym? Proponents of the zone argue that it represents a kind of exercise sweet spot-typically between 60 and 70 percent of our maximum heart rate-in which our bodies burn the most fat.

So should we buy into the idea?

Monique Lhuillier designed the gown which featured a fitted corset top, sash and A-line tulle skirt.

Miss Witherspoon’s 11-year-old daughter Ava wore a dress by the same label as she performed maid of honour duties.
