Newly single superstar Madonna has been spotted out with the hot Brazilian model she is rumoured to be having a passionate fling with.

The Kabbalah-loving Material Girl was pictured leaving a restaurant in Sao Paolo with Jesus Luz last night..

The pair avoided being pictured alongside each other after enjoying dinner with the singer’s entourage by keeping a few metres apart.

Madonna is said to be smitten with her younger man after meeting him while shooting a spread for W magazine.’

‘She was very interested in him,’ sources told a U.S. newspaper, insisting the pop singer made her interest extremely clear.

In fact she was so interested she reportedly asked Jesus to follow her, as her tour moved to Sao Paolo.

‘He’s there with her and [photographer] Steven Klein is helping him get along with everyone,’ the source insisted.

And a Brazilian website Glamurama insists: ‘Everyone knows they are ficando – which is a Portuguese expression that means they are kissing and doing other things but without any obligation of being faithful or getting into a relationship afterwards.’

Madonna, who just split from husband Guy Ritchie, has reportedly been dating American baseball star Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez for months.

New York gossip columnists Page Six, who broke the Jesus story along with Glamurama, said: ‘A-ROD might want to haul it down to Brazil and keep an eye on his new lady.

‘Madonna, who was blamed for coming between Alex Rodriguez and his soon-to-be-ex-wife, Cynthia, is having a grand old time in Brazil while on her Sticky & Sweet tour – and without her Yankee boy toy.’

Madonna’s publicist, Liz Rosenberg, denied a report that her client had bought 20 watches – one for each member of her crew – so ‘they will always arrive on time.’

She added, ‘But I’m still waiting to hear about Jesus.’

Onstage, Madonna has been soaking up the South American adoration.

She was mobbed at every turn by fans and press who all but ignored Sylvester Stallone and Tyra Banks, who were both there on business.

A few days later Madonna attended a special ceremony hosted by a Brazilian rabbi.
